Queue is now 10+ hours

Been trying to get in since first thing.. second download was supposed to finish by 7am, finally finished at 8am. Had some errors and authentication probs then straight into another 900+MB download, bah!!

This second (third?) download finally finishes (nearly 2 hrs later) and chucks me into a HUGE queue .. now at 11 hrs and 36 mins.

Perhaps Wolfsbane wasnt the best idea LOL. But it isnt the only one that is full..

Anyway No way am I going to sit here for 11 hours.. just waiting. I will find a server which will let me in and catch up you all some other time. Probly later this evening when the yanks are all gone to bed.

What time can we expect them to go to bed? I feel like I'm going to miss out on the whole first day of head start as I'm off to work soon.

BUT they are adding new servers .. so maybe the queue will decrease as people decide to move. I have been playing on Estrael (PvE-RP) and they have been posting notices when new servers are added. The population has definitely decreased on Estrael.

That's where I've been killing time too, but it seems so pointless knowing I'm just going to reroll on wolfsbane. I've pretty much given up on getting in for today. I'll try again tonight when I get home from work.

Hope things have calmed down... got on at 5.15am this morning and was faced with servers full everywhere and a queue of 3hrs+, so I just headed off to work. Now omw home from work... hope I can get on at some point tonight... especially since I'm heading to Sydney for a long weekend.

Yes its still a long wait unfortunately but it is improving and it won't suddendly been fixed overnight.

I fully understand the feelings that all of us are having and we just have to grit our teeth a little bit and hold the faith.

I look at it on the bright side too and see that Trion has been caught out by the success of the game and that hopefully that means the game will have a long lifespan and go on to one of the greats.

Already we know that they're working hard to stop AFK exploiters and open as many servers as possible to combat the ququq problems. Furthermore if you think its bad for us imagine being in their server centre or offices.Hope they have lots and lots of coffee

What is annoying is that when you finally get in you see so many people on afk or runnning endlessly against the wall. I wish Trion would do something about them soon.

I believe in the patch this morning that they ahve done something to combat that sort of activity and yes %$#%^n annoying.

They should kick them and give them a 24 hour ban.

Oh i thought of something that might fix the problem all togeather too.

It seems as if the exploit relies on two things auto running and staying a corpse. the way i see that this could be combated is to allow auto run to be like a buff that last say 1 min max and there you need to redo it. Bam autorun buff goes off ...no activity gone.

And for the corspe thing force respawn after 5 -10 mins.

what do you think ?
